Prize – due Feb. 1 – Student Essay

Hugh Owen Prize
The deadline for the Hugh Owen Prize for 2015 has been extended to 1 February 2016. Do encourage qualifying students and friends to send in their nominations. Faculty may also nominate their students’ essays. We accept one essay per undergraduate student and honours theses do not qualify. Details may be found here: http://artsonline.monash.edu.au/sasaa/hugh-owen-prize All entries must include a cover page indicating: (a) the title of the essay, (b) the name of the author, (c) the author’s contact details, including email address, and (d) the institutional affiliation of the author.

 

In 2014, the Hugh Owen Prize received many fantastic entries, which points to the stellar quality of South Asia lecturers and students in Australia!
